Título: A ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM NO PERÍODO PUERPÉRIO - UM OLHAR PARA O ALEITAMENTO MATERNO

Resumo: RESUMO Esta pesquisa possibilitou melhor embasamento sobre o atendimento de enfermagem para as puérperas com relação ao aleitamento materno. O período puerperal é compreendido como o período “que se inicia logo após o parto e termina quando as modificações locais e gerais determinadas pela gestação no organismo materno retornam às condições normais” (SANTOS, 2002, p. 117). Neste período ocorrem adaptações fisiológicas e comportamentais complexas nas mulheres caracterizadas pelos fenômenos involutivos, pelo estabelecimento da lactação, pela adaptação psicológica da mãe e pelo estabelecimento da relação mãe-filho e familiares. A pesquisa teve como objetivo verificar o quem vem sendo publicado sobre o papel do enfermeiro na orientação do aleitamento materno em puerpério imediato. Trata-se de uma revisão de literatura sobre o aleitamento materno no período do puerpério imediato. Foi realizada uma busca na base de dados LILACS sobre os trabalhos publicados com este tema. Os trabalhos encontrados foram lidos na integra e tabulados para análise. Foram encontrados 15 artigos, permanecendo apenas 8 artigos, uma vez que os demais não tratavam do objetivo da pesquisa. Cinquenta por cento (50%) dos trabalhos encontrados revelam que as orientações sobre aleitamento ocorrem, mas não são eficazes como deveria, vendo ainda a necessidade de uma melhora desta orientação por parte da Enfermagem. Fazem-se necessários maiores pesquisas nessa área, bem como se precisa também de projetos de intervenção, tanto na maternidade como na atenção básica, uma vez que o puerpério é vivido 2 dias na maternidade e o período restante no domicilio. PALAVRA CHAVE: 1.Aleitamento Materno; 2. Enfermagem; ABSTRACT This research has enabled better foundation in nursing care for the mothers regarding breastfeeding. They become necessary further research in this area and also needs intervention projects, both in motherhood as in primary care, since the puerperium is lived two days in motherhood and the remainder in the household. Since the puerperal period is understood as the period "that begins soon after birth and ends when local and general changes in pregnancy determined by the mother's body return to normal conditions" (Santos, 2002, p. 117). In this period complex physiological and behavioral adaptations in women characterized by involutive phenomena, the establishment of lactation, the mother's psychological adjustment and the establishment of the mother-child relationship and family occur. It also aims to check who has been published on the role of nurses in orientation of breastfeeding on postpartum. Treating yourself like a literature review on the subject of breastfeeding in the immediate postpartum period. Searched the LILACS database for studies published with this topic was held. The works found were read in full the results will be tabulated for analysis. Was used as a keyword for the search terms, breastfeeding, first pregnancy, postpartum women. 15 articles were found. 8 of these articles were read and analyzed by similarity of results. Fifty percent (50%) of the studies found reveal that the guidelines on breastfeeding occur, but are not effective as it should, still seeing the need for an improvement of this guidance from the Nursing.
